Shipments take roughly one week to reach you after your order has been placed. However, in some cases shipments may take about one month. Please also note that there are certain countries and regions that we cannot ship to.

Shipments to locations outside Japan are made from our main warehouse in Tokyo via international mail. The shipping charge includes the cost of shipping and the handling charge. You can confirm the total on the Payment Method page when placing your order.

The cost of shipping varies depending on destination and weight. Weight here includes the weight of the packing materials / tare, in addition to the weight of the products themselves.
Handling charge

The Tokyo main warehouse takes great care when shipping orders to locations outside Japan by air. To prevent damage in transit, we handle these orders differently from domestic shipments, including the use of additional cushioning material.
