Our tea sommelier created a unique blend using tencha leaves from several species of Camelia Sinensis with a majority of Yabukita. Using 4th harvest's leaves this matcha has been authentically produced for cooking purposes. Its bitterness and color will perfectly blend and bring the necesary contrast to sweet cooking preparations.
